RETURNS POLICY

  • All sales are final. No refunds or returns.
  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed, in transit, or delivered.
  • Framed Essence is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

ITEM DEFECTIVE

If you believe your item is defective or unusable, contact us within 48 hours of delivery to review your case.

To submit a defective product claim, email dolledbydaysi@gmail.com with:

  1. Your full name and preferred contact (email or text)
  2. Order number
  3. Description of the defect or issue
  4. Photos and/or video showing the defect

Please note, we are not responsible for boxes or items damaged during shipment. All products are packed securely to minimize risk in transit.
