• We are NOT responsible for updating incorrect addresses or any products changes and or corrections

• We can NOT apply any discounts or add-on's after your order has been placed

Refund Cancellations: We do not cancel/refund orders after they are placed, in transit, or after delivered. All Sales Are Final!

PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

• Orders are processed quickly, usually within 1–4 business days.

• We guarantee processing by the 4th business day.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

• You will receive an order confirmation by email or text once your order has been processed and shipped. See Tracking Info below.

Tip: If you don’t see your confirmation, check your spam folder and make sure your email and phone number are correct in your profile.

TRACKING INFO


• A tracking number will be sent by email or text once your order is fulfilled, meaning USPS has your package.

• Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for misplaced, lost, or stolen packages.

• Customers are responsible for costs related to incorrectly addressed orders. This includes packages returned due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts.

• If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, contact USPS directly. Speak with a representative to open a case. USPS will investigate and reach out to us if needed.

• Some orders may ship in multiple boxes.
